On Friday me and my sister had a sleepover in our lounge.
My Mum made us a menu of what food we could choose from. We choose pizza and chocolate pudding. Rebekah and I made a gear list of then that we needed.
We had to set up the air bed, and we needed to get sleeping bags.
After tea we had pudding we had chocolate pudding. Then we watched a movie we watched Shaun the Sheep, and we had snacks. We really wanted to play stoplight but it was raining.
We went to bed at 9:30 PM. Rebekah left at 11 PM, she went to her own room. I stayed there the whole night.

A sleepover? How lucky are you Ben. And mum made a menu so you could pick from it, what were your other choices? Did you go to sleep early or stay up late? At least it was warm inside, it is getting much cooler outside at night now Ben.
ReplyDeleteWe got to choose Banners and mash pizza for make and cheese. And for pudding we got to choose ice cream with jelly waffles and chocolate pudding. It was quit late we went to bed at about 9:30 PM.

ReplyDeleteIt seems like great minds must think alike, as my boys did the same thing! They did it on the first night that we went into lockdown. What a great thing it is to have brothers and sisters, so there's always a friend nearby. Do you do things with Rebecca often?

ReplyDeleteHaving a sleepover in your lounge sounds like a great idea. It means you are really close to the kitchen in you need a midnight snack! Why did Rebekah decide to go to her own bedroom at 11pm? She wouldn't have been able to do that on school camp would she! I bet it would have been comfortable watching the movie from a comfy airbed. What did you enjoy the most? What do you think your next adventure will be?

I think Rebekah went her bed was because she could not get to sleep. But she stayed there for the second night.

ReplyDeleteI love the idea of having a sleepover in the lounge. It was a great idea of Mum's for you to have to write up your own gear list. Is there anything that you would have changed on your list? Anything you had forgotten or you took that you did not need?
I love going on tramping trips into huts. We have found on our travels we have taken things we thought might be useful only to find that we didn't need it it and we were carrying dead weight. Believe me when you walk a long way you don't want to be carrying anything that you are not going to use!
I really like the way you have added photos to your blog post to attract your audiences attention. Next time you might like to try arranging your photos so they are not one under the other.

I enjoined my sleepover so mush I stayed there for second night. I took everything I needed and left nothing behind.
