Farm Chrismas

Today for the summer Leaning Journey we had to make up a Jingle bells song. I came up with this song with the farm and what we do for Christmas. I got help with this because I don't have lots of ideas.

  1. Kia ora Ben,

Fiona here from the Summer Learning Journey team. I absolutely loved reading your jingle bells song all about your farm - ka pai! The lyrics you have written about milking the cows, your tractor, eating turkey and so much more are fantastic.

How many cows do you have to milk each day on your farm? It must be very busy work. I think your tractor looks like a lot of fun!

If you wanted to, you could record yourself reading or singing your song, perhaps with a friend or someone in your family. Adding a Screencastify video would be fantastic!

Keep up the great work and Merry Christmas for tomorrow.

  4. Kia ora Ben,

Charlotte here from the SLJ team.

What an awesome version of Jingle Bells you have made! Going on the tractor sounds like so much fun. My parents have a ride on lawnmower and I really enjoy going on it! Not as big as a tractor though!

I notice that you like Minecraft - me too! Have you seen the SLJ Minecraft activities? They sound like a lot of fun.

Looking forward to seeing more of your posts!

    Ngā mihi,

    Charlotte
